International Teachers' Day was celebrated with enthusiasm on October 7, 2024, at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College. The program, led by General Secretary Roshma Pappachan, began with a welcome speech by Union Chairman Albin K. Alexander, followed by the presidential address delivered by Sheeja Tr, Teachers from various departments, including Sheeja Tr, Praveena Tr, Akhil Sir, Shamna Rani TR, Shijini Tr and Vismaya Thomas Tr, shared their inspiring experiences. The event featured captivating cultural performances, including dances by Feba, Soja, and the English department, and musical renditions by Kalyani, Muhsina, and Fathima Noushad. Fr. Terry's speech added to the significance of the celebration, which concluded with a vote of thanks by David C. Alex.
