TEACHING PRACTICE { PHASE-1 } ( DAY -40 to DAY - 42)

 Day- 40 (6th October 2025)

I reached the school at 9:00 a.m. and signed the register. I had a class during the first period and took a revision class. In the fourth period, at 9H class, we conducted a conscientization program based on the practicum held on 3rd October 2025. From the practicum, we found that students had a low level of awareness about environmental laws and rights. Therefore, a conscientization program was conducted in 9H. We took a class and presented a PowerPoint presentation and YouTube videos to improve their awareness in this area. At 4:15 p.m., I signed the register and went back home.

Day- 41 (7th October 2025)

I reached the school at 9:15 a.m. and signed the register. I had no regular classes today but got a substitution period in 9H. I conducted an achievement test there as part of the teaching practice. At 4:15 p.m., I signed the register and went back home.

Day - 42 (8th October 2025)

This was the last day of our teaching practice. I reached the school at 8:45 a.m. and signed the register. My first class was in 9A as per the timetable. I went to the class and distributed sweets. The students gave valuable feedback, and the teacher blessed us and shared suggestions about our teaching practice. During the fourth period, I went to 9H class, distributed the achievement test papers, and gave sweets to the students. We also took photos together, and the students gave their feedback.

📑💗Thus, the 42 days of the first phase of teaching practice at St. Mary’s HSS Kizhakkekara, came to an end. I signed the register for the last time with a small feeling of sorrow and went back home.💗📑
